Q. How do I place my order?

A. Please complete our order form linked here. If you need to contact us prior, please email (notty@nottyreclaimed.co.uk) to discuss your requirements. Then when you are ready to go ahead, simply fill out our online order form and pay your small deposit via bank transfer. Please note your order is not secured until the deposit is received.

Q. How do the deposits work?

A. To secure your order we take a small deposit of £50. This is subtracted from the total balance. The balance is then due prior to dispatch or on collection.

Q. Do you have any ready made pieces?

A. Yes, we do have some ready made stock alongside our custom made products.

Q. What picnic table styles do you offer?

A. We offer low level picnic tables, cross leg low picnic tables and trestle leg tables. All our tables have the option of removable legs. We can also create fully bespoke styles to suit your requirements.

Q. What are the approximate dimensions of the tables?

A. Low picnic tables: 1.2m or 1.5m long by 50cm wide by 35cm high

Trestle leg picnic tables: 1.2m or 1.5m long by 50cm wide by 35cm high

Cross leg picnic tables: 1.2m or 1.5m long by 70cm wide by 45cm high

If these sizes do not suit your requirements, custom sizing is available. Consider measuring out the space required for place settings or any central table decoration.

Q. How many people can you seat at the picnic tables?

A. As a guide we would say you can seat 6 at a 1.2m table and seat 8 at a 1.5m table. You could also have an additional person sat either end if required.

Q. Can I have my logo engraved on to my piece?

A. Yes! And we can do this at no extra cost. Simply send us your logo via our order form or email when placing your order.

Q. What is your turnaround time?

A. Our turn around time is approximately 4 weeks. During busy periods our turnaround time may be longer. We will confirm this when you are placing your order.

Q. Do you offer discounts on multiple purchases?

A. We can offer discount if you would like to purchase 4 or more tables at any one time.

Q. Can your low picnic tables be used outside?

A. Our events styling pieces can be used inside and outside. We would advise that you protect them from wet weather and soggy ground.

Q. Can I collect my order? Do you offer delivery?

A. We welcome collection from Caterham, Surrey. We also offer delivery via courier to the UK mainland. Please contact us for a quote as this is based on distance.

Q. Can you supply new or replacement parts for my piece?

A. We can supply and assist in maintaining elements of your table at a small cost. We also sell additional full height legs for our picnic tables. If your tables are rented out we recommend a security deposit is taken to cover the costs of damage or loss.
