Information and Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material that responds to temperature and humidity changes by expanding and contracting. Sometime this can show in the appearance of a piece as the fibres adjust. This is not a fault with the piece, just a natural reaction of the wood. Small movements and cracks could appear, although we believe this adds to the character of a reclaimed piece.

We take every care to ensure our craftsmanship means you can enjoy your piece for years to come. To continue this care, we advise to keep your piece at a consistent temperature and avoid placing it close to heat or excessive moisture.

We create our pieces from reclaimed wood full of character which displays its previous life. This could include nail holes, slight dents, notches or natural variations in colour etc. We will always discuss with you how you would like the finished piece to look and work within your home.

Reclaimed wood dimensions will not necessarily be as exact as using brand new wood, therefore the dimensions on the finished piece can vary slightly.
